Breakfast/lunch today. Scrambled Eggs with a little cheddar cheese and ricotta. I like a little kick of Sriracha 🔥 .And a cup of Joe with a little heavy cream and stevia. #IF #Ketobreakfast #lowcarblife

I ate almost the same breakfast with 1 cup of kale mixed with my scrambled eggs 👍

it all sounds good...to day is the 21st and I had 2 boiled eggs and cream and coffee ...I work out 5-6 days a wk but I'm taking the weekend off. I'll walk the dogs if it ever quits raining.

My favorite lately is scrambled eggs with spinach. Throw in two handfuls of fresh baby spinach; let it wilt down and add the eggs. It really is yummy.
