Starting new diet plan. Began 2 weeks ago after reaching 217+ following a summer full of a few too many feasts and binges. I will be using a "loose" keto diet meaning keeping the calories and carbs on the low side. Being an experienced keto dieter, I have come to realize social meal outings are inevitable. Strict Keto is really hard to maintain. Hence my diet plan will include occasional pauses. We will see how that goes.
