I've been there too. So now that I'm back to where I want to be and STAY, I know that I need to remain in the habit of planning my meals, recording diet and exercise, weighing in, and coming to this site to interact with the community on a regular basis. Don't beat yourself up. You can get back too!! And we can all help one another along the way and afterwards! GOOD LUCK

Consider making a permanent change in what and how much you eat. Once you're used to that -and keep logging your food forever if you need to- it gets easier. Reaching your goal is only the beginning. Find out your maintenance calorie level to maintain your goal weight.
Unless you're 5'5" or so, 135 is too little weight for a man. Please find out what your normal weight should be for your age and height.
One tip I can share, a 4 ounce portion (meat, veg, fruit) is a good guideline. The more fattening stuff...2 oz. Watch your content and portions. Good luck. I wish you the best.

You can do it. We've all been there, I'm there myself, but one day at a time we will succeed! Good luck and best wishes :)

Do you do any weight training? Muscle increases your metabolism around the clock. You could weigh more, but look more fit and slim. You look pretty good in your pictures! Just get back on track--you can do it!
