My scale is an old spring type and very jumpy so I never know exactly my weight (and question any loss every time)....but the numbers seem to be on a slow but steady decline. I can accept that proves my progress and diet success!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 August 2017:
930 kcal Fat: 25.20g | Prot: 51.38g | Carb: 102.36g.   Breakfast: Alouette Le Petite Fromage Parmesan & Basil, Egg, Calavo Avocado, Oroweat Sliced Extra Crisp English Muffins. Lunch: Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Success Boil-in-Bag Quinoa. Dinner: Red Table Wine, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz), Kashi GOLEAN Crunch!
