Well this week doesn't show a loss but a gain. There are a few factors that may have contributed to this, so I will not panic at this weigh in as I am certain I still lost some fat. I should have shown a pound loss based on calculations, I ate more calories in this period than necessary for a two pound loss, so we shall see if it shows up next week.
263.6 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
