I work out almost daily and I have been eating very carefully. I stopped eating gluten and my energy levels are slowly increasing.

I'm looking forward to another good week.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
