Yesterday for the first time in a while since I started Atkins I was having hunger "pains" (my stomach was churning and felt crampy). The old impulse to reach for the nearest six pack of beer and wash it down with a whole pizza reared its ugly head. FORTUNATELY, I don't keep that stuff in the house. I resisted the urge to order take out, thinking out loud to myself, "What? You're going to blow your diet the day before your weekly weigh-in? THAT'S LOSER TALK!"
So...
I stuck with it. And this morning I was rewarded with the knowledge that I had lost another 1.2lbs toward my goal! :-)
