Well, looking at the days I have recorded calories, I can see why I am not losing any weight! Eating too much is the problem!

I am recording better lately so I will get things under control soon. Hopefully the stress at work will go down and I can get back on track with keeping up with work and staying on track with food. I might even get out walking at lunch again soon, what with spring really settling in. it's raining this week but will clear up soon!

My daughter is moving by the middle of April, and we have to get her new apartment straightened out - not really got any word from the landlord yet but the subletter is confident it will be ok. Fingers crossed he is right.

I have a cold so I had some soup for dinner - lots of broth so now I am full.
