I don't know if you would say I "followed" my diet. A really bad cold got a hold of me on Thursday. By Friday I left work early and went home. I was asleep from 2PM Friday until 9 AM today! I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast on Friday. So the 118.4 will probably go up a bit. Hope not. I'm trying to stick with my diet and make it a life style: no snacking, processed foods, stay with lower carbs - do everything the "experts" tell us is healthy.
