Keep trying. I was not doing well for a long time but was still trying,but now I feel better and lost some. We need to try not to gain, and push for some weight loss whenever we can. You can do it, you need to stay healthy.

Cleta, you are recognizing a pattern of weight gain and loss-that's half the battle. That insight can be part of the arsenal to continue to lose weight and keep it off. It's not easy, but you can do it. Believe in yourself, love yourself and care for yourself.
