The doctors are pleased with my weight gain and maintenance.
Im seeing Gastro, Heart/Cardio, Endocrinologist, and Nutritionist

Now We all understand Why Ive struggled with keeping weight on my bones, Why I have had/have Arthritis symptoms without markers, and the dry skin, eyes and mouth issues without any markers for such a problem. The Why my muscles would disappear and my strength along with them.

I do Cardio (zumba),
Lift weights,
Walk,
Stretch
Do floor workout (pushups, planks, crunches, situps).....
all the issues are digestive
I am intorlerant to All foods....
