Barely eating 1000 calories for several days and making sure it is lots of protein and veggies. Still not losing what I expected for the first week and cutting out sweets.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hang in there. Drinks lots of water and eat something high fiber to fill you up.

its always slow at the beginning, body is still adjusting

You need at to ask you doctor about the calories you should be eating,when we get older our bodies work different then when we were young.Good luck.
