This is a lot of food, especially for someone that's been cutting a solid thousand calories a day, so I'm sure some will be left when I'm done, at least a few bits of chicken. Also I love bok choy so stinking much, I should have gotten more than 2 heads of it today. Anyway, here's to breaking my old habit of going to a Chinese buffet almost every single Friday! I can't miss Chinese food if I'm still eating it ;) ...and a better version of it.
