Ugh, up .2 lbs. It happens. I was good with calories last night but at dinner way late. Only slept for 5 hours as well. Today Im going to go eat with some friends so you know I am going to do some damage! Oh well, not stressing it too much, Will walk a few miles today and tomorrow and try and get some better sleep, should be down another lb or two by monday morning.
350.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Enjoy yourself but maintain a focus state of mind .. Like you said few extra miles will help burn off the extra calories ...

I have noticed sleep is a huge factor. I definitely seems to lose more when im getting 8-9 hours a night, last two nights have been 4 and 5 . I wont do TOO much damage today, having some falafel and gyros from a decent place in town, so at least its quality food, nothing worse than caving in to a cheat day and binging on taco bell or other junk.
