Well I'll be going over my calorie limit today, didn't plan lunch too well. This is "treat" day, when my boss brings me a chocolate croissant from Starbucks. That puts the morning snack at 320 cals when it should be 100 cals. Usually I have a smaller lunch, but today I had popcorn chicken with a spinach & bacon salad, about 100 cals higher than it should have been. I'll try to eat lighter for dinner, but probably won't be light enough to keep it below 1300 cals, such is life I guess. Still, my weight was down a smidge this morning, about 1/4 lb. I'm just about a single lb away from my pre-vacation weight, hope to get there this weekend. My daughter & I will sign up for the Go Girl run this weekend, and should try some outdoor running sometime, since the weather should be really nice!
