No workout yesterday. Took my injury as an excuse and also felt a little lazy and overwhelmed with stuff I have to do...also had an emotional meltdown and had no heart to workout. I feel better today, so should be able to prioritze gym. In fact, I'll make a promise to myself to not go out to a friend's bday celebration and dancing tonight UNLESS I've had a hard workout in--no matter what!!
Meals: Greek salad for brunch: spinach, 1/2 tomato, 4-5 olives, feta (1c), 1/4 cucumber with lemon vinaigrette (lemon, mustard, olive oil, splenda, oregono) coffee with soy milk (1c) string cheese (1c) snack: 1 oz jalopeno cheese (1c) 1/2 tomato, basil, goat cheese (1c), oilve oil caprese salad dinner: 1 veggie burger, and mixed veggie stir fry--didn't like it so couldn't eat beyond 2-3 spoonfuls! (1-2c)
Total: 7 carbs?
