Feeling better today. It is amazing to me how I used to eat anything I wanted not so long ago and I would feel the same as I always did. However, in just a few short months my body has adapted and thrived with this WOE in such a way that it lets me know it doesn't like eating like that any more. When I used to drink I was lucky in that I never had a hangover. No idea why. It was just that way. But now I get a "carb hangover" if I eat something that isn't good for me. It truly is strange how the human body works.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 August 2016:
1805 kcal Fat: 140.16g | Prot: 109.36g | Carb: 24.17g.   Breakfast: Egg, Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Rockstar Inc Zero Carb. Lunch: Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Grape Tomatoes, Lettuce, T. Nice that your body let's you know what it needs and doesn't need. For me, I get cranky from carbs these days - and who needs that!

Stories like this are what keeps me on the straight and narrow. Tonight I almost opened a can of cream of mushroom soup to scatter oyster crackers over. Then I thought of all the carb hangover stories I've read, and decided it just isn't worth it. So thank you for the reinforcement!

by this being labor day weekend I am not going to be eating carbs ,I had my carbs Monday . I gain weight pretty fast when I eat carbs two or more times during the week.
