Well 2 lbs is better nothing. It's a struggle with having a bum knee. Can't wait to get the cortisone shot so I can exercise more.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise helps, but diet is the big thing. I lost 45 before I ever took a single step. You can do this!
