Hoping it's real fat loss from diet and exercise (because I did lose a few lbs before) but know some might be from dropping birth control two days ago? Whatever..I'm claiming it lol.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1185 kcal Fat: 63.63g | Prot: 74.35g | Carb: 76.36g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer, Cantaloupe Melons, Great Value Pineapple Chunks, Cottage Cheese. Lunch: Skinless Chicken Breast, Kirkland Signature Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Nancy's Petite Quiche Broccoli & Cheddar. more...
