re-weighed today after 2nd weigh-in and I am back down to 195. I am hoping I will be down to 192 by Friday. if I have to I will start my 3 a days. sucks to be me right now. The last few pounds are always the hardest to get off. UGH!!!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
