Had a moderately active day. Walked approx. 11,500 steps which translates to 4.75 miles according to my FitBit, and 25 squats (unaided). So, YAY!

Signed up for the 30-min. circuit class at Planet Fitness tomorrow evening. Finally reached the point that I can start incorporating resistance and strength training into the mix.

Overall, feeling good. A little sore, but good. :)
