Brother, you better believe it. I will be using it till I die. I love it. I eat it right off the spoon. 2 Tbsp a day, I may increase it to 4 having read more research on it. Its INCREDIBLY beneficial.

Wow, so is that why I've been having this blowhorn on my backside. I was at Target and suddenly hit the horn, and some lady started giggling. Dang, that's embarrassing. Next time I will just say, "Coconut Oil!".
