Tried to sleep in this morning -- I have simply got to get back on schedule! -- and got up after 8-1/2 hours, so maybe that's all I needed. The Turmeric Latte looked a little watery, but tastes fantastic! Decided to nix the fat bomb at breakfast in favor of having it as a snack later. The aftertaste is so-o-o-o-o nice!
