Here we go again. Haven't even considered going on a diet for a long, long time. To many dramas going on in my life for me to even think about my weight. Let alone what I'm eating and when and how much. lol. So, I'm kickin booze for a little while, Like I need any more depressants, and I started back on atkins yesterday. So far so good.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
