Day 1. Already went to the gym. So far have had a protein shake and have a Tupperware of chicken to have as lunch. My goal today is to follow as best as possible and meal prep tonight for sunday/ build an excel sheet of what I regularly eat so I can start making enough to fit my caloric needs.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
