I am very active most days, i cycle more than 22.8km 4 days a week to work and i live in a hilly area so it makes it more harder for me which i love really.

Today i cycled 22.7km on my Giant road bike with significant weight in on my back which requires my body to work harder. Did a 30 minute session using a extra hard resistance band which i love to use, they are much better than using weights i think.
