Oldenburg30's Journal, 18 February 2016

Well this week I've had an upsetting week, sadly we had to say goodbye to my sisters beloved horse Abbey who we have owned for over 20 years.. Ive not taken it as well as I hoped too.. Ive been eating my feelings but nothing bad.. So I've missed a couple of days walking and not been eating at the best times.. I'm getting back on it again as of Friday I'm going straight lol I'm really tryin and nothing seems to be happening.. Is there anything I can do to stop feeling hungry before bed time it's driving me crazy... Hope everyone has had a good week.. Xx

Sorry for your loss. Family comes in a lot of forms and it hurts just as much when we lose someone we care about. Try eating some low-fat, sugar-free yogurt in the evening. The protein will help sustain you through until bed and the casein can help maintain your blood sugar levels throughout the evening. Protein-rich foods help keep you feeling fuller longer! Wishing you better luck at achieving your goals. Remember no matter what: You Are Beautiful!
