Great brunch of a giant chicken breast with asparagus, spinach, potatoes, chayote and tomatoes.


Back to goal this morning.



Did 41 minutes, 8.22 miles and burned 301 calories.

New challenge to myself. Do a 300 calorie burn ride every day until morning of Monday,2/28, my first of five straight days off,if approved. Goal is to see weight and further belly reduction. I have lost 60 pounds as of this morning, who knows what is ahead?
