Due to a really awful weekend and circumstances beyond my control I ate next to nothing - the only good thing to come out of it was that I lost 5 lbs over 3 days!
I'm also finding that a 1 cup of porridge oats made with water and cooked in the microwave for 5 mins, then ½ teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tsps Stevia plus a sprinkle of salt stirred in when it's done and served with ¼ pint low fat milk is very filling and keeps me going til about 4pm as long as I drink plenty of tea and water through the day, all is good.
If I eat a good meal in the evening that completely satisfies me that has a good portion of protein in it, all is good but when I have snacks and small meals I seem to consume food all day long and never seem satisfied so filling up is the way to go for me.
I have also discovered that canned red grapefruit is a fab evening supper - a big can that is which I suppose contains a whole large grapefruit but I don't drink the juice :)
