Tim Huffman's Journal, 01 August 2015

Thought I would weigh in officially as this is the first day of August. I'm happy wih this as July presented a lot of challenges, vacations, travel etc... I think over the last 3 weeks I've built a good base for food prep and exercise. I will progress with increasing workout intensity and a little more focus on macro/meal timing post workout in August. I hope to be in the 180's by the end of the month.
