I think this week is going to be one of those week where I look and feel better and I see great results but the scale is being wonky. I know it lies so I'm not fussing. This is going to sound vain but I put on my gym clothes and I had to stop and check myself out for a minute and was so pleased with the way I look. I'm 3-5lbs from my 1st major goal of 50lbs, depending what the scale does tomorrow. This week is so important for me. I'm so close and may reach my goal in 2-3 weeks if I keep losing at this rate. I'm also at a huge crossroad. Last time I did Atkins I lost 67lbs in 6 months,then I got cocky started to get bored of being low carb and then it all when downhill from there. So I recognize this now..and I committed to rededicating myself to my life plan. I just need to stay strong and focused and stick to my plan.Its with in my reach.. After this..my next major goal is 30lbs before Xmas focusing on 5lbs at a time. I want to wow em at my company party.Had a great work out today with the kid and got plenty of good stuffs in the fridge today. I am grateful for all that I have bc I know not everyone can afford to eat healthy or go to gym and I consider myself blessed and I sit here and make out my grocery list for the week. I hope every one had a wonderful weekend. Hug some one today where every you are....

Wishing you the best on your next goal!! I've been there, hit a goal and did not follow through. Could not because my plan wasn't right for me. I sincerely hope yours is. Hey, I look at myself in a mirror and think Whoo! you look a whole lot better than last year... It's OK.

I need that pace too I am gonna work hard for my next goal right along side u hun. break 200 lb mark by my b-day Aug 12th. 5.5 weeks away

We can do it Pterath!! we are so close... I cant wait to be under 200... its been three long years and by body is tired of carrying this extra weight around !!

you are closer than I am! I have a lil over 17 lbs to go so that may be ambitious! but I am gonna try!

Something that inspired me was carrying 40 pound bags of garden dirt. I kept thinking WOW! I used to haul more than this around on my body every day. It's hard work carrying those bags!!!
