Day 1 of the rest of summer holidays! God is good:)
Have to call this my rest day (Day 5 of 10K program). One run interval had me limping, but managed to finish the trail awkwardly. Hoping tomorrow there is no issue with my hip.
Walked 1.3 hrs, total 7.38 km (10080 steps)- two loops around lake.
Not worried or panicked about my dreams of running again, or about my future for that matter. Trust in God in completely. Who else? This is about His plans for me, not mine. Grateful for today's walk!
