On a spartan one meal a day diet, restricted sugar intake too.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

That seems pretty intense, how have you been handling it so far?

It took a day or so to establish the habit but I am now settled in. I feel a lot more alert and not suffering from tiredness. My BMI is now 25.3 and the suggested weight range for my height is 9st 7lbs - 12.13lbs. I need to shed just another 3lbs to be within the upper limit. Thanks for your interest.
