It is my first day on 'Late shift' today.
So far so good. I will see the cause of my upset for only 4 hours today - Bonus
I did 45 minutes of Kettlebell this morning and kicked my own a** - Bonus
The sun is shinning and I am stuck at work - well I can't have everything
Lots and lots of ripe fruit til dinner time, delicious - Bonus
Still coughing up lots of phlegm - must phone the doc.
