I have cheated a little on the last two days but thankfully the scale continues to eek out consistent losses! Lost a pound each of the last three days, even after that godforsaken donut/cake day! Yesterday I ate a piece of chocolate/macademia nut, 3 cheese crackers, two tall coffees with cream and a large wrap with hummus and veggies. So you'd say quite a lot of carbs! However, the calories must be alright, coz I dropped a pound today! And I haven't done any exercise since Monday!! Yikes!!!

Today has been a fast day all day. Just had coffee with cream (and accidently, a little piece of chocolate!). Avoided pizza, bagels, desserts and other goodies that were around all day in the department to welcome the new students etc. Didn't work out today as well.

Leesah's been kickign my butt!! She has already lost more than 6 pounds!!!! And I have lost just 4 (and 4 other pds of the vacation weight but mom/daughter tag team of cheaters won't allow me to count that!!!! )...So now I have 6 more pounds to lose in a little over a month...do-able, if I work out consistenly and not eat anythign bad!!!! And to make sure I don't gain any at all!! AND BEWARE OF PLATEAUS!!! Lose as much weight as possible before the dreaded plateau hits!!!

No excuse tomorrow!!! Gotta do a good, hard workout in the evening at the gym!!!

That "accidental" chocolate will get you every time! Even though you're not exercising as much, you are doing GREAT! I'd take those losses ANY DAY!! Keep it ROCKIN"!! :-)
