So many things going on! My best friend has been visiting so my normal eating routine has taken a hit. There has been just so much food! That plus post Tom and that I have the most terrible pains in my stomach at the moment. The next couple of days are about cleaning my eating and seeing how things go.
120.4 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
