Day one. Okay, so this morning I made a dish I will call my unfried rice. Pork today. Put it in a big bowl and will eat it when hungry. Nice and filling. I also cut up a 1/2 grapefruit and a navel orange to eat throughout the day. Forgot to add my cup of coffee! Will do! I am sick of this weight! This time I will count every calorie. Won't be 100% but close. It would be nice to loose 50 pounds by June. I am making up my own diet choices eating 1000 -- 1200 calories. Trying to pick healthy, filling foods.
