Getting back to a healthier lifestyle isn't easy, especially when you live with someone, but I think I have been doing well recently. Granted I have not exactly lost weight but considering the things I was eating before I am happy to be back to where I started. Over the weekend I went grocery shopping at trader joes (where my junk food junkie fiance is less likely to have temptations). We bought many fresh veggies and have ideas for food this upcoming week.

I have notice that having green shakes helps keep cravings at bay. Usually I have some frozen fruit, a little yogurt, kale, spinach, raw carrot and a banana. Afterwards it is much easier to say no to junk food.

I hope I am able to commit to this as a lifestyle.
