MyawethinTICself. Yes it has been about 3 and a half months and 40 pounds gone. I am pretty strictly staying on low carb/high fat eating plan Getting about 20-25 net carbs a day and eating on the average about 1100 calories a day. I ride my exercise bike most days. I started with 10 minutes a day and increased it by 5 minutes a week. I had pretty much given up on trying until this summer and something changed. Not really sure why but I just knew that this time I could do it. Changed my way of eating and thinking about food. Now it is fuel not comfort.
