Nothing like a little food poisoning to kill the appetite...woohoo! Maybe I'll lose a pound or two :)
I was up most of the night, but feel better this morning. I'll definitely keep my food relatively bland, and exercise will be pilates or something similar.
I did have a great workout at Curves yesterday. I can really tell that I'm starting to become more toned!
