Another nice day, went 1 and 1/2 times on my walk which is a mile and a half. Not hard. Tomorrow I meet with a trainer at the Y to start to teach me how to use the equipment...I'm excited, and a little nervous. Never been part of a real gym before.

I remember how scared I was when I started the gym.. Now I love it!!! worked up to 5 or 6 days a week. I so agree with the trainer, I would be lost with him. Congratulations you got this next you will be posting on great you are doing there...

Nice that you are going to get the right training at the gym, when you don't know how to use the equipment or the weights you can do more harm than good not to mention of injuring yourself big time...the proper way will get good results..
