Bummer! I don't like what this weigh-in is going to do to my pretty graph, but it is reality. I exercised more this past week and was more hungry. I stayed within my RDI everyday, but ate more carbs and sodium than I have been.

Whatever...

I have a busy family weekend coming up with any number of "food bombs" I need to maneuver myself around. I won't use this weigh-in as an excuse to say "oh well, might as well have cake, mayo salads, chips, etc." This is a new lifestyle for me and one bad weigh-in is not going to throw me off course.

I have a plan for my meals for the weekend, but I haven't figured out how I will incorporate my exercise bike. The guys will be hunting on our land so walking the property is out. And my incision on my back has not healed so going in the pool is not an option. I may just have to shut myself in my room for an hour and let the family fend for themselves.

On the positive side. I'm wearing a pair of size 18 pants and they are so loose I went in the bathroom to check the size because I thought I somehow got an old pair of size 20's! Woo hoo!

TGIF everyone!

Just keep FOCUSED on your food choices and doing your exercise. If you know in your mind you are doing everything correctly, then don't let the scale stand in your way. Let God lead you to where He wants you to go.
