Yesterday went to gym and did 25 mins cardio and abs. For dinner I went to eat Chinese buffet with my friends. Before going to bed I weighed 68.8kg and this morning I weigh 66.8 kg, this is pretty cool.
147.3 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
