I AM starting over.
I have to get this right this time. I am right back where I was 2 years ago. I now know I can't rush this, I have to take it slow and steady. Last time I started adding back carbs too quickly and my weight got out of control before I realized it.
I have tried several times to restart and just could not get the right mindset to get off to a good start. I am ready now. I started a few days ago and I am in ketosis so I should be able to do this.
I am 67 so this time has to be the time that I do it right and follow through until I can maintain a healthy weight. I am confident I can do this. I will not get impatient. I will stay motivated and keep a positive attitude.
I AM READY!!!!!
