Still slow
In general my diet rule
NO sugar. coffee, ice cream, chocolate etc all the nice things
Last two months Dramaticly reduced wine consumption
From 2 glass per day TO 2 glass per week, good going.
199.3 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
