:( I have really over eaten the last few weeks. The 4th and our camping trip really set me back and literally sent me back to square one. I have been working out alot so I may have a bit more muscle, but this is crazy!! I have to stop over eating. Today. Forever.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
