No weight loss but getting more toned. Worked out for 2 hours last night. I did 6 miles in 2 hours at a level 4 elevation on the treadmill. Most of it was done at 3.2 mph but I slowed way down for the last 15 minutes to cool down slowly.

I've been asked to participate in a 5k run in September. I'm working HARD to be able to make that goal.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
