I've already eaten over my calorie goal for the day. I've been craving sweets, since its time for my cycle, and its really hard for me to say no.
Luckily, I have fish for dinner tonight, so it will be nice and light.
I will not get discouraged. I will go for a walk tonight to make sure that I can burn off a few of the extra calories I ate today.
I can do this. I need to lose this weight.
