3rd Costco run this week with Hubby....Stopped for lunch at Longhorn & I had 1 of my favorites on their menu...the Wild West Shrimp. I had a tiny slice of the bread, about 1/3 of the shrimp & 1/2 an order of crispy Brussels Sprouts. Leftovers :-)

I had a lab appt. this morning so didn't eat anything til late....breakfast was just fruit & 1 coffee....under 100 calories.

Love shrimp, but I usually won’t eat it because my husband is severely allergic. Can’t wait for our restaurants to open up. Feel for the ones that weren’t able to survive the closedown.😞
Yet, soon life will be back to normal!🌸👍

Shrewdness, Georgia resteraunts have been able to open for some time. I think they reopened (with Covid guidelines) in May 2020. Longhorn wasn't real busy today when we went in. They also are still seating with empty tables between the diners. We felt pretty safe. I'll be happy when the rest of the country is able to get back to open businesses. It makes me sad knowing how much it's hurting so many businesses and the possibility many will have to close forever.
