Friday's entry

Weight didn't seem to increase despite last night's dinner out. MEals have been good:
Breakfast: 25 almonds (3 carbs), 1 cup soy milk (2 carbs)
2 cups of coffee with cream (4 carbs?)
late lunch: veggie stir fry (3 carbs) with beefless strips (6 carbs)
Evening snack: almonds (2 carbs)

Total: 20 carbs!!! (How perfect is that?!)

Exercise: 30 mins on treadmill (5 mins * 3 intervals of running, and then walking). 10 mins of weights (3 sets of biceps, 1 set of shoulders)

Keeping to my promise despite the aggravations of the day. Will continue to keep this going.
